Tutorial



Gear with Spokes




 We start with the spoked wheel ...

 ... slitting of 0.7 mm plastic card ...

 ... hub and spokes sticking on the disc ...

 ... supernatants cut and glue the ring ...

... cut out the spaces between ...

 ... glue the second disc and then the space between the cut again ...

 ... glue a piece of pipe with a file then neaten everything ...


... Next, the ring gear ...

strips of 0.7 mm plastic card glued together and cut small pieces ...

 ... the pieces of 0.5 mm plastic card stick ...

 ... reworked with a file ...

 ... cut a 5mm wide strips ...

 ... gear stick on the spoke ...

 ... as the last neaten everything ...


... the final cog in a model ...



Tool I've used:

-hobby knives
-circular cutters
-steel ruler
-Diamond files

Battlewagon for my warboss

This month I have finish off my first battlewagon project.
The basic concept is insperiert through the Forge World
Ork Kill Krusher designed by Daren Parrwood.
The goal was the model in a plastic card
and then make some modifications to recreate.

Now the monster is waiting for some paint.
